The Agoda Incorrect Cancellation issue has now been resolved. If you have received any cancellations from Agoda during this time period mentioned below, please compare those bookings in Sirvoy with the information on Agoda login page. If any of those bookings show mismatched status, the status in Sirvoy is incorrect. The status in Agoda is correct. In that case please create them manually in Sirvoy, on the front desk, as new bookings. Please be aware that those manually created bookings in Sirvoy will not receive future modifications from Agoda, therefore if future modifications are made on Agoda please manually modify the information accordingly in Sirvoy.
